In solo, the Cruel ring is better by 1 watt (5%/20% and 10%/10% give the same dpm increase), but once thorns and/or SE are put into play, the Critical Ring is usually the better option. So just decide if you want optimal solo damage or if losing 1 watt in solo is worth a larger boost in a party.

Honestly, if/when my Fighter hits 50, I'm probably going to take the Cruel Ring.

I'd defnately say the critical for a outlaw, because you hit multiple times with BF, you'll you'll see higher numbers, and it will crit a lot more often. For a page... I guess i'd still say the critical, the extra one weapon attack really doesn't do anything spectacular, but seeing crits twice as likely as the other ring, now THAT would be great.

Cruel is good if you have crit o-o Critical is better when you dont have base crit. This is that i think :] (nooby conclusion)

The 1 attack less you get from crit is not going to kill your solo damage, but a combination of SE and crit ring will boost your DPM when bossing. On your outlaw you have to choose. Here are the percentages that you hit with the main skills. burst fire: crit+ SE: 190%*75%+340%*25%=227,5% (on average each bullet) cruel+ SE: 190%*80%+350%*20%=222% (on average each bullet) diffrence in percentages: crit hits 2,5% more For rapid fire it becomes crit+SE: 170%*75%+320%*25%=207,5% cruel+SE: 170%*80%+330%*20%=202% diffrence in percentages: crit hits 2,7% more. cannon: crit+SE: 380%*75%+530%*25%=417,5% cruel+SE: 380%*80%+540%*20%=412% diffrence in percentages: crit hits 1,34% more then cruel torpedo: crit+SE: 780%*75%+930%*25%=817,5% cruel+SE: 780%*80%+940%*20%=812% diffrence in percentages: crit hits O,7% more then cruel. For rapif fire the diffrence is significant, but for the battleship skills the diffrence get's smaller due to the higher base attack of the skills. It's up to you to decide.
