ok it didn't bother me at first but now i wanna murder someone. so lately i've been seein lots of blue dots with offline people, and i can't delete them because of nexon's retarded-ness. alot of people wanna add me but my bl is full and with deleters. i swear they REALLY need to fix this crap, who agrees?

I agree it is a really annoying problem. But to those of you who say Nexon can't do anything right, look at the size of Maplestory and everything that happens in it. Now, think of how much coding it takes to produce all of that. Now, imagine trying to add or change some of that coding while making sure absolutely nothing else is affected. It's almost impossible.
