I got the Reef Claw at lvl 20 and I got to lvl 35 and I want the shinkita but I don't know what to do. EDIT: I'm dexless and I noticed that the Reef claw requires 40 dex. I have 45 dex. Does the shinkita require more and that's why I cant get it?

Drop the reef claw and you should get a new quest for the Shinkita .
