Is this possible with the Logout Event?

So yeah I have a few questions :O 1. If you did not get the Event the first time you logged out, could it appear again if you logged out again? 2. Corresponding to above, is the only chance you get the first time you log out? 3. If you get it once can you get it again? So yeah, can anyone help? :O

You logout, before you disconnect you choose your prize. It says conrgrats, it discinnects you. You relog and then you claim your item in the cash shop. Click the light bulb above your head and click the corresponding quest. Then it'll say come back in 3 days for another gift.
