KMST illegal to download outside Korea?

I got interested in KMST and wanted too see how its like, but some one in Yahoo answered that its illegal and you could get to jail for 15+ years if you get caught. Is that true, because 15+ years is A LOT, and why is it illegal? Please answer and discuss.

3+ years actually. it is illegal because: You would stealing someone personal info and kssn. Wouldn't you kinda be upset if someone stole your passport and has access to all your personal info and bank accounts? i would...kms is good even but kmst u be chosen and must have a kms account first

He said its illegal to get a security number or whatever...not illegal to download...

its illegal to use a korean social security number which is needed to play unless it is your own

You could just get a korean friend who has a korean social security number to make you an acc. (i'm korean, but i dont have a kssn so i just asked my friend to make me an acc)..well to play regular kms

To play KMST you need a few things. 1) To be a korean citizen. 2) To have played KMS for a certain amount of time and be a certain level.... 3) You need to be asked by Nexon Staff if you want to play KMST.

its not illegal unless u have korean social security number. i have them and used 2 play kms alot in USA.
