You need a Korean Identification Number. Good luck trying to get that (and if you do, you do know that it's illegal to steal someone else's). "Offenders are eligible to serve 3 years in jail or to be imposed a 10,000,000won fine"

why wud u want too? ther is no guide. no1 can make one. u must live in korea and be a korean citizen, end of story. u cant make dual blades anyway
