My account has only five character slots instead of six!

I need help on a bug/glitch/whatever it is. My account only has five character slots rather than the usual six. Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to pay for more character slots.

The usual character slots is 3. However, if you made your account before cygnus, evans, and arans, you should have 6. I'm thinking you made the account after cygnus came out or something

Your account had to have been active before the Cygnus update, where the first character extra character slot was given; it's likely you probably created this account after it.

2 slots are reserved for your aran and evan i think, but after you have both of those you should be able to add more(used to be 3 slots, then they added a slot for cygnus, then for aran, then for evan; they might even add one for this adventurer update). Also your acc needed to be active b4 CK came out to get max slots

Trogdor139 : It was Cygnus, Aran then Evan that gave the extra 3 slots. And, no, they wont make one just for an event. And I doubt they'll give us a character slot for DB's as we didn't get one for Pirates. OT: You prolly didn't make the account until after Cygnus. EDIT: So you go and edit your post... Lol.

I have different numbers on different accounts depending on when they were made. It just depends on when you made yours.

I have 3 slots, but only on the galacia world. On my other ones I have 6

If you had a character in that world, on that account before a certain new class came out, they gave you an extra slot for each character. For example, if you had someone in bera before CK's came out, you'll have 6 slots right now. After CK's but before arans, you'd have 5 slots. After arans but before evans is 4 slots. And they're also giving another slot for DB's. Go figure. Another one for the resistance classes hopefully also.

The max number of slots is 15. You'll be fine.
