Wedding engagement help?

So. My boyfriend and I were engaged, but we decided to get a different ring for a different effect. I dropped the ring, which broke the engagement. He can't make a new ring because Moony says something about making sure he's ready for marriage. My question is: what is the grace period? 24 hours? A week? Or is this going to be a glitch? I've read a lot about people having difficulty getting married after they break an engagement, and I'm hoping this isn't the case because Nexon doesn't care and they wouldn't respond to my ticket. >.> Any help would be appreciated.

I've Had the same problem (and have been asking all my buyers if they have) so yeah they should regulate this thing in the next patch

I don't think the patch is going to do anything about it. If I'm having a similar problem to others, this problem has been around for a while and it's unlikely that nexon would fix it in a patch. :/

It's a week as far as i know. My friend accidentally dropped his empty engagement box and had to wait a week to redo the quests.
