Why am I d/cing?

Okay so I've been d/cing for no reason. I don't know why.. All I did on my computer recently was update it but that's pretty much it. So like now in mid CPQ2 I just d/c and it says unable to connect to game server. Then I have to press "quit" game. Then AD comes up like is should and the internet is still connected? Why am I d/cing and why am I d/cing on MY wins?

Did you pick up a pot when you had 0 hp? When your spamming pickup to get health while also getting hit by monsters, you can pick up an item right when you have 0 hp, thus causing a D/C.
