Question on the (Level up 30x from current char) Adv Rings?

| Is there a minimum level that you need to be to start leveling 30 times inorder to get the ring? Because I sorta wanna know this before hand incase its true so I can just start making a noob ring mule. And no other thread mentioned this so I just wanna know lol |
