Is the UK safe ?

With the recent IP bannings of other countries from GMS i was wandering how safe are the few UK players that were here before the block and will we ever be banned ? If so will just quit for EMS before i progress too much .

No I don't think that will happen unless EMS finally tells GMS to do so due to major loss in profit or another case. Which is the only reason why GMS bans other countries in the first place. GMS wouldn't go against what it already has said, which was that European players before the IP block would be able to stay.

Always a possibility, but then again you can always just use a proxy server to connect to GMS from outside of North America.

I'm from England and yeah i noticed that i can't make new accounts, i really hope they wouldn't do something like that, that's like finding some players Which spent their own time and effort *in some cases money* and just kicking them out for no reason.

if im playing GMS now in canada will that mean i can log in in france and belgium? cause im going there for the summer and i dont want to miss 2 months of possible one time events like adventure rings

You should be fine.

Don't worry. Why would GMS ban players from other countries that made their account before the block? Seriously, a lot of these people would stop playing, so less money, and NEXON hates that.

I remember when they accidentally banned everyone in Europe, then they promised that EU players would be able to play for as long as they so wished after the unbanning. Seems like they haven't stuck to their word.

Back in the day when the IP ban occured we where all banned for a few days (I'm Dutch) but after there where so many angry people they decided we could stay if we made our account before date x (don't know the exact date). They also stated that we would be able to stay for ever, just not create new accounts. Now I know some people think, hey but what if I create an account in the USA! Well, I've tried this and unfortunately it doesn't work. Even if you create an account in the USA now, you can still not logg onto it in europe..

Don't worry, people that got banned because you're from Europe, I'm pretty sure you'll get unbanned.
