Adventurer Ring Questions.

I have a few questions about getting the rings: 1. Can I make a level 1 now, and when the event comes, I could level it to 31 and get a cruel ring or is their a level limit to start the quest? 2. Can I make a level 1 now, level it 30 times, get a cruel ring, and level it to 50 and get the other option for a Critical ring on the same character. 3. How long does the event last for? Thanks.

I will do this: Make a char, level up it to Lv2 and leave it. Then you only will need to reach lv32 since new chars or Lv1 have to level up 50 times...
