I Like My Beefy Steak Medium, So Its Juicy And Nice How Bout You? Here Are The Types Of Steaks Well Done Cooked To Perfection, Not so Juicy But Very Chewy And Tender Medium Well Cooked A Bit Less Than The Type Above, Has A Little Pink in The Inside and a Little Juicy Flavor Medium My Favorite, Juicy, Yet Tender and Chewy, Brown Outside and a Pink inside. You Can Taste Some of The nice Blood Medium Rare Close to a Rare Steak but a Slight Hint That i's Cooked. Very Juicy! It Drips With Blood When you Stick your fork on it. Nearly Red Inside. The rarer the better for me. Somewhat off topic, did you know that cooking meat creates carcinogens (cancer causing agents/chemicals)?

I prefer rare, but will eat medium rare on occasion. Well done is a terrible way to cook a steak IMO.

Raw or rare. I only cook it to kill the germs. Anything above medium-rare is a waste of a perfectly good steak.
