Don't know who was right,but she should have put her hands behind her back instead of resisting arrest. She was making matters worse IMO.

To be fair he did warn her and the amount of times he said "put your hands behind your back" was enough to get the message across. If she's innocent she can appeal and get compensation $$$.

From what I can tell she was resisting arrest which leads to the officer using nessessary force to calm her. She was lucky to be not tazed fault- woman

I think its her fault.... if she didnt do anything why is she resisting so bad? If i didnt do anything i would let them take me in and then prove them wrong. She deserved it
