Constant Millisecond Lag

I'm a lvl 84 FP Mage and I train at skeles. Last night while training at skeles, I started to get a constant millisecond lag every 5 or so seconds. Why is this? I only started getting this kind of lag last night. I play with the game at its lowest quality. I put it to window'ed mode. And I have all game options turned off. No guild chat buddy chat whispers. Any advice?

It looks like this has only happened to you once. Until it happens to you every time, I wouldn't worry about it.
