How much can you bench or curl?

So I was wondering what the average basiler could max bench press (1-2 reps), or do a full set of curls on one or both arms (8-12 reps). I can bench 135 pounds / 2 reps. I can curl 30's on each arm doing 2 sets of 8 reps. Age: 16 Weight: 150 Height: 5'10

I don't really bench but I did a rep of 135 yes I fail curl max is 35 ib each dumbell. I just plain don't work out ._. 16 yrs old 130 ibs?

I like being sarcastic and straining to bench 10 but what they don't know is that's all I can bench lol jk I can do 50-80 depending on how strong i feel :/

Aha kidding, but yeah I think it's normal weight, if you look at me you'd think i was 130/140, but I have 12% body fat so I don't know if that's bad or good to Basil's standards. @misterkoop, dont put yourself down o_o...you are doing more than me and you make it sound like not that much of a deal, i think its a great accomplishment for myself since i started working out.

I'm 16 and i weigh 114 How do i calculate my one rep maximum? I can bench 95 with 12 reps.

Im 15 now and do around 130 on a off day and 140 on a good day. im 5'7 and 138 pounds.
