Well, according to the site, we can collect a 'gift' from cody on may fifth if we level an evan up to 30. http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/News.aspx?boardNo=101&contentNo=007vY&pageIndex=1 (Official Site) When i talk to cody, all he says is something along the lines of 'you are not a winner' ._.

you got to go with a Non evan character. and i think its only 1 gift per account not character.
