maplestory keyboard not functioning properly?

Hi.I play Maplestory and I am a level 100 hermit. My Shadow Partner key used to be on shift,but then one day,when i tried to move using the arrow keys, my character would just use the skill repeatedly. I couldn't even move because my character kept using the skill. It also works on other skills...like claw booster. My character just keeps repeating the skill. I moved SP to a different key and that allowed my character to move once again. I really want it to be on the shift key though,what can i do?

That happens when I play flash games or games on Miniclip or something... When I press a key, it repeatedly does it. It happens on both my desktop and my laptop, and I always thought it was a Windows Vista or 7 problem. But Maplestory works fine for me.

this is probably your keyboard, not maple. If you have a wireless keyboard, make sure that the reciever is relatively close to the keyboard also check the batteries and the usb connection

My keyboards messed up too. When I press alt to much and hit enter without even jumping it goes into window mode. Also if I hit any button that has to do with alt like F4 and stuff it shuts down.

[/quote] its not your keyboard if you have windows vista or windows 7 this should happen if it does happen just click ctrl+alt+del then start task manager then close it then it should be working again
