Why wont maple story start?

Well ever since i downloaded a few things (same day as a SC) i havent been able to plasy it starts out normally and everything then hackshield wont appear and nothing happens im not sure if its from the SC or the program i downloaded anyone care to help me?

Well school stuff basically... but now when i try to delete it itt says you need premission to delete these and when i give premission it says error occurred and keeps saying that

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Click on start task manager, go to processes, click on the maple story process and click on "End process". Now start game normally.

I know how to fix this.. Press Alt+Ctrl+Delete and go to Processes, find Maplestory.exe and click end process. And then maple should run. Btw, I found this out myself.
