Telling a girl in real life is probably romanticized and over rated. I told my girlfriend online, then we started getting together in real life, now we've been with each other 8 months and counting.

No just no, confessing online is just something cowardly, hiding behind your screen and all you do is just "typing" to her/no emotion to show. -.- While if you do it in real life, you would know how she would react to it, you guys can hang out on that day to get to know each other better. And what not, if she does like you back, a peck on the cheek? Or a kiss, depending on the mood O.O You should be the one to kiss her though. Not the other way around.
