Help problems with my password!

| When i go to the nexon website i click change password, it takes me to a screen that says they will send a new password to my email after i put in my passport id and birthday. I type this in correctly and clcik next, it takes me to the nexon homepage and i recieve no email. I am sure i am at the right email and that i entered the correct information. Any ideas? |

 | I've had to do it more than once for it to work correctly in the past. Also be sure no spam-filters are blocking it, and look in any "Junk" folders in your e-mail just in case. |
