Problems with nexon changing my passport password

When i go to the nexon website i click change password, it takes me to a screen that says they will send a new password to my email after i put in my passport id and birthday. I type this in correctly and clcik next, it takes me to the nexon homepage and i recieve no email. I am sure i am at the right email and that i entered the correct information. Any ideas?

Go on charge Nexon cash Click 5000 Go to Pay by cash Pick an option And it wil show you your email Make sure the account email matches the email your using
