Can I make a wand out of these?

Well I have a walnut tree in my backyard and my mom has these Komodo dragon scales. I was hoping the komodo dragon scale would give it some magic since it is technically a dragon. And as for the walnut tree it seems to attract animals. Birds have nests on it and its trunks are the favorite spot for my dog to urinate. I finished reading Harry Potter 6 and it seems that Voldemort is getting really powerful and I thought I should prepare myself just in case. just make sure you use Elmer's glue to put the scales on the walnut branch.

Well it says in the wand making hand book that I need to grind the scales and make an opening in the wand. Then I pour the grinded scales in the wand and top it off with the tip.

[/quote] the book was written for amateurs; if you really want to defeat Voldemort, you have to glue the scales on the branch wand. i have tried this and the magic output is superior to the grinded scales method.

[/quote] What is an elemental wand? Well I also have this claw from a black lion whom my dad named scar. He said he found Scar burnt under this huge rock. My dad thought it was very mysterious for a lion to have green eyes and thought that he was special. So can I use Scar's claw?
