Worried about low damage (Gunslinger)

I'm currently level 26 pirate... and I currently have 143 dex, and my attack range is 23~173. ;_; I've been hitting ones a lot frequently when killing King Slime in KPQ, is that normal? My gunslinger is kind of weak, or what I think is weak.

Yeah, it's normal. Gunslingers double shot is 80% dmg ( I believe it is =P ) and with your low damage range, like most gunslingers have, you will be hitting 1s, especially on a boss. It'll get better once you get invisible shot and mastery.

Don't worry about damage at your level :P It's bound to be bad anyway.

Yeah it'll get better later on. Especially once you get Burst fire (3rd job) and battleship and battleship cannon (4th job)

im a lvl 48 gunslinger right now. my dmg is still bad. dont worry about it. outlaw is one of the highest dmging 3rd class in the game and corsair is the highest dmging class in the game. it gets better. gunslingers are the hardest second job class to lvl. just make ur way to lvl 70 and youll be fine. ive got +10dex overall 8attk wg pretty decent gear and my dmg sux. no worries.

I have yet to get a WG... I have a 14 Dex overal. Lost my what's it called... 20 dex robe. LOL. And yeah, I'm hopefully just going to get my gunslinger to a reasonable level and leech it with a bishop. :L

There's not much you can do to improve your damage much in the 2nd job. You'll still be behind clerics. When you get to outlawhood, everything changes. Suddenly you can actually kill stuff in a timely fashion.

My 47 slinger hits double 700's, but my dex is insanely high. At lvl 26 in kpq, yeah. almost all 1's. lol.
