A bad future for adventures?

The way things are looking most of us (or only me) dont think continueing my character is worth it. With all these new classes and such looks like they might get completly replaced. I saw a vid about a wild hunter and they look like they migh outdamage bms. Noone sure at this point, also the battle mages already are better than the mages. I seriously dont know If continuing is worth it, I came back from a long break to see this. Anyways what do you think will happen to adventurers.

Go for BM and when the balance patch comes out, it will all be worth it :D Especially since 5th job is very a possibility in the near future.

New class stink IMO BAM's are Aran Mages. WH's have some huge flaws to them.(I cant rember what they were) Arans are good but they are not ranged. Evans stink out loud and BAM's will kick there butts.

well, there are supposed to be more balance patchs than the one thats hopefully coming up, if thats the case, we may very well be even with or even stronger than the new classes

Who wants battle mages in a zak party when you can have a bucc or an NL? Arans are great for moblie targets but when it comes to 1 Vs 1 NLs, Bucc, Sairs, and BMs(these are just a few) will be there to out due them EVERY CLASS HAS A FLAW that is made up for by anthor class.

People complaining of the new characters don't get MapleStory is trying to add even more verity to the STORY LINES. MapleStorys motto has always been "it's your story!" It's just a character with the same exact skills as other characters. Except they get called different names and in certain cases become a little more powerful because that is the main attack of the character. No single character will get "booted" from Maple because of the fact that the MAIN ATTACK is "overpowered." So stick to the characters you have fun playing seeing as the balance patch will supposedly cure all damage concerns anyway.

The balance patch is meant to balance out the adventurers with themselves, theres nothing about balancing adventurers with legends

two words: balancing patch Edit: the balancing patch balances the adventurers with themselves, therefore classes that were unpopular before would become more common and boost the number of adventurers around. 5th job is impossible because the servers can only handle 32 bits (in fact it's 2^(32-1) because the first bit is always a + or - sign) so therefore the maximum exp is 2147483647 (that's the amount of exp from 199-200 before the exp curve change). In fact, the biggest number that can exist in the server is 2 147 483 647 (i.e. the biggest number the server can calculate, so if the server can't calculate 2 147 483 648-5). So nexon would have to upgrade their servers for us to get over lv200 which would be messy, time consuming (72, hour server check anyone?) and above all expensive.

[/quote] Man nobody wants a bucc in a zak party 1BM 5 NLs But after wildhunters come out, BM wont be needed Ironic how the supposedly boring NL cant be replaced
