Could I kill HH?

Well I hit ranger today and I wanted to test out killing HH. I searched EVERY single place in EVERY single channel. None o-o. It's kinda strange for Bello. Anyways could I kill it at lvl 73? Average Hits on lvl1 strafe

you can if you tried very hard. accuracy wont be a problem. but rangers have medium hp so you might die in 2/3 hits. be careful!

@XiaoGao It kills me in ONE hit, I'm pretty good at avoiding it though. Can I KB it? o-o That's like the biggest concern

loong time. nl and hermits can kill at 80 because they hit fast and hard. your snipe is low damage and only on 1

If you can pin it and make him flinch 95-100% of the time you will be fine. It will OHK you if you dont. My hermit has 3k HP at 90 and i still get brought down to about 90-100 HP

Go kill the one in that one big map, you can snipe it safely even if you don't KB it...

omg 1 hit? definitely wait until you can survive AT LEAST 2hits. maybe two if you're just that good. errr. i never got past 60 on my Xbow so i have no idea. im sure Brawler can move it back and forth with corckscrew and backspin...so....maybe!

Hmmm, when I was reading the monster stats the KB for it said 1500. It doesn't sound right to me. Can anyone explain if it's true or what it means to have a KB of 1500 as a monster? o-o

You should be able to kill it but you might miss some of the time unless you have a zhelm. I tried the moment I turned 70 and miss like once every 3 or 4 strafes so you should be able to as your a higher level then me Edit: Find one in the map that is right before the jq for crimson wood you won't have to bother kbing it then.

Yeah, there's two ways, get onthe middle platform at Crossroads where you spawn HH in by killing the trees; or get an apple and pin it.

The easiest way to kill HH is to kill it in FP(forgotten path) because there is a ledge HH wont be able to reach you with its attacks. This makes it possible for any ranged job to solo HH as long as they can hit it.

You need to do 1500 damage for it to knock back.

[/quote] 2 hits is 6k numbskull. you could safely solo it anywhere once you hit high enough to KB a majority of the time

I suggest getting to lvl 73 and raising only puppet if you want to accomplish this, if not, then no. It's out of the question until level 90-100, when you have an effective amount of Puppet and Strafe, and enough HP to take 1 hit. Also damage wise, you would take about 15-30 minutes to kill 1 with lv 1 strafe. Now that I maxed my skills my times are 4 minutes to 3:30 (depending on location). Like some have mentioned, you can snipe one at Forgotten Path, or you can Rain snipe in Crossroads. I prefer the puppet on the platform combo at Crossroads.
