If you don't know what an iPed is, it's basically the Chinese version of the iPad, except it uses Android. It's also much cheaper-around $150! Google iPed, if you need more info

Get the iPed, and then when the actual Ipad OS is available, download that.

the iFail is just plain useless and the iPed probably has lead/cadmium paint all over it pass.
