Selling leech just doesn't make sense.

You make 10m an hour. You waste around 1.5m on pots. Thats around 8m profit after tax/pots. Wouldn't you make more from merching? I spend an hour in the Fm buying low, and open my shop to sell them. Usually, I make around 20 - 50m a day from doing that. Edit: I've seen lots of people wanting to make a mage to sell leech, not for the Exp, but for the mesos.

Lol, you obviously have never trained with or on a priest/bishop. Selling leech is because you actually make more exp per monster selling leech and if you were solo, but this way pot costs are covered, and you make some extra money

leech = exp + money....same as they training but at low lvl monster + money =)

Yeah what he^^(above 2) said and selling leech is for those people who 1)Have time to do so 2)Not very good at merching Also quite some regular income unlike merching where you can lose money if you don't do it right

If eveans could successfully spam dark fog (then when I got to level 160+) I'd sell leech. I have a shop myself and make like... 5 mil a day. I'm lucky if I make 20 mil in 1 day. As it is, I neither merch nor sell leech. I just loot stuff and do maker and try to sell that stuff :p

Actually, I get 2750 + party EXP while leeching at Gallops on my Bish. As compared to the usual 2500. So uhm, yeah...

Merchanting isn't really hard. I see people selling Maple Weapons pretty low. Just put it in your shop, and you'll make loads. Anyways, I just can't train for an hour non-stop.

[/quote] Meching takes quite a bit of time, and merching also have their ups and downs. And belive me selling leech is way better than merching..

1 day = 24hours, you make 20-50m from merching. 1h with leech makes u go 8m profit, 24x8= 192M a day. ( not including loots ) you also make a nice amount of EXP. To me, it makes sense.

[/quote] You hit the nail on the head here- YOU can't train for an hour non-stop. Others enjoy gaining levels more than scouring the free market for deals. For those that like leveling, then selling leech is basically a way to train and have someone else cover your potion cost. And if you happen to make a bit of mesos along the way, cool! Somehow I'm getting the feeling that those statements are more a not-so-subtle attempt at bragging about ones ability to 'merch' than a condemnation on selling leech.

[/quote] Not really, it depends on your patience and luck. You can make ALOT more money in merchanting if you hit lucky and, lets say, see someone selling a 20 ATT BWG for 1m. Theres always misprices n.n.
