How to finish earrings?

So, I recently started an Evan and it needed some earrings. I got some maple leaves, and began to scroll some maple earrings. I bought one maple earring, and a 40% Earring INT. Boom, works. I felt kinda lucky, went for two. Boom, works. Now how should I finish it? Its 6/4 3 Slots. Should I just 60% the remaining slots, and attempt for a 12/7? Also, is Evan really worth the time it takes, do they get fun later on? Thanks in advance Basil. <3 (:

I think they're gonna be (as almost all classes are) extremely fun in 3rd and 4th job. And I would 40% it personally. The new paint quests give 5 boxes each, so leaves really aren't a problem.

I say 60% the rest because the whole maple leaves trading thing is over. If it wasn't over you could just continue getting leaves and scrolling, and it'd still be super cheap! Good luck with whatever you choose. I don't really know if it's worth the time it takes. I'm just going one step at a time, trying to get to 160. Dark fog looks fun! (:

(: [/quote] Awh, theres no more getting 5 Anniversary boxes each time you get the portrait? I really shouldve taken advantage of that. :[ And, how fun was it ~ level 100-120?

Well, May (the anniversary month) is over. So I'm ASSUMING that they will take out that leaf trading system until next year. And I'm probably not the best person to ask how fun a character is at 100-120 because it's my first 100+ character. Of course it'd be fun! I haven't done much yet other than train since I've gotten here so there isn't much I can say. If you're trying to get a character passed 100, than I'd say Evans are the easiest since they get Earthquake at level 100. Flame Wheel at level 120 is also pretty awesome. I haven't gotten much other skills for my character yet, so there isn't much to say about it. It's always fun to have a glowing dragon walking beside you through hene though ;)

Oh, then I fail. Sorry! You should keep 40% if the leaf events is still in progress. Go onto some noob mules and do the paints. My friend got 5/5 scrolls to work on his earrings so thats... +10int and +15ma?

If you have a nice supply of leaves or friends to buy from, I'd say use the Anniversary scrolls. It took me at least 30k leaves to get an 8/12. Don't know if I want to risk getting a 10/15 though. The event ends the 15th/ 16th...

they are really strong at lvl 70+. but they're horrible at low levels.
