I'm not 100% sure about this but it seems like with this part of this sentence: With this bite, a T-Rex could easily rip off a chunk of flesh with ease, giving it the ability to eat up to five-hundred pounds of flesh in a single bite. There should not be a comma in there.

This isn't really on topic, but to attact more replies make a more interesting title to your thread such as "My research paper is finally perfected" or " I bet no one can find any errors in my paper"
fenrirslayer : ... an adult Brontosaurus is quietly eating vegetation, when all of a sudden , it hears a noise coming from the surrounding trees.

fenrirslayer : ... and later moves on to its next unsuspecting prey. This ferocious beast is known as the Tyrannosaurus Rex, which was named by Henry Fairfield Osborn in 1905. The name of the T-Rex translates to "Tyrant Lizard King", which is derived from the fact that it was a killing machine and a menace to the dinosaurs that were its daily meal. Since its first discovery during the late 1900's, its fame has rocketed from a mere fossil to an extremely popular movie icon.

fenrirslayer : ...and in 1990, fossil hunter Sue Hendrickson discovered an eighty-five percent complete, adult T-Rex skeleton, in South Dakota.
no comma between complete and adult or between skeleton in south dakota.
fenrirslayer : It weighed around six to eight tons, which is the equivalent to about three cars. To support such massive weight, it had two very strong legs, with three-sharp toed feet on each, which also allowed the T-Rex to run up to twenty five miles per hour, although running was never a T-Rex's first option.
don't need a comma between legs and with.
fenrirslayer : ... It was an eye popping five feet long, and it was the source of the T-Rex's main weapons, the jaw and teeth.
don't need the "it" before "was the source"
fenrirslayer : Having a gigantic head would mean that it had a strong neck, which was very short, but it gave the head more strength and stabilized the head as the T-Rex moved. Another feature that helped balance out the weight of the head was the T-Rex's large and stiff tail.
don't need the second "it" after "but", but you do need a "that" before the first "it"
fenrirslayer : This is the same concept as having two people of the same weight on opposite sides of a see-saw, to balance it.
don't need the comma between "see-saw" and "to".
fenrirslayer : The first one is that the T-Rex would use its arms to lift itself off the ground when it fell, and the second theory is that it would use the arms to hold its prey, while it devoured the prey with its mouth.
IT'S = IT IS, ITS = POSSESSIVE. okay i got bored/annoyed with your writing so i stopped

Your intro sounds kiddish, don't know what it is. And owl man is right, does not sound like a research paper, more of a story of some sort.
