Cannot log into a channel "ID already logged in"

Every time I log into Maple and try to join a channel, it says "This ID is already logged in, or the server is under inspection". Normally, my lag provokes this kind of response, but after I restart MS, it usually goes away, and I go grind for another hour... But this time, my MS closed randomly, and every time I reconnect and try to log into a channel, that message appears. And the crash happened yesterday. So I logged a ticket to Nexon, and I hope I will get an answer soon... Meanwhile, any help? Did anyone else get this problem? BTW, I don't think I got hacked, or else the password would have already been changed... Plus, I logged in at 7AM (Eastern) and the message still showed. Doubleplus, I only have around 50 mil worth of mesos and items, basically, I'm nothing hack-worthy... Help pl0x. Really want my account back T~T

You have to wait till wednesday. My account does the same thing ever since saturday. Nexon fails again.

Eitha yur lagging,or you got hacked. It happened to me when I was lagging.

It happened to me too. I couldn't get on at all on Sunday but I was fine on Monday.

My ms shuts down when i lagg A LOT. it happens when im in certain maps, but just try to close some programs when your on MS, thats what I do from preventing lagg, it works a little.. if not then try to delete some junk off your PC. Programs thats useless to your PC or never been used just wastes your PC room, it can create lagg or you just have virus... i don't know. but yeah GL!

Oh, it's not the lag. I lag like hell, but usually, I'm able to reconnect after a minute or so. This time, it's been giving me the same result since Sunday... Although I'm kinda giving up on trying again until Thursday, when the server maintenance is done... And I'm sure I didn't get hacked. The password stayed the same and I tried logging in at 2 weird times (9PM and 7AM) and both times, it gave the same message. D:

right now at this very moment, im trying to logg in but the game dont d/c but first it turns black and the game shuts down w/o any warning -_-

But Kyle he said when he logged on he tried to log into a CHANNEL. Unless someone is interfering with his account on the website. It depends what Serrated uses. The game launcher or site. But mostly everyone I know uses the launcher.

I use the Game Launcher, which redirects me to the site, in which I start up the game... @chaun, that sounds more computer-related than Nexon-related though.

This used to happen to me during bad lag spikes, and what I found was that just unplugging your internet then plugging it back in solves the problem. I'm pretty sure it's because the game is still connected with your character until you break that connection (by unplugging). But if it's happening for extended periods of time, then it could be your internet or an unscheduled maintenance.
