Nexon scammed me?

Ok, I just redeemed a UGC card $10 from teh nexon site for paybycash 10k nx. I put in the code, and it says it works. I then went to the payment processed page that says that 10k will be addded to my nexon account. I didnt copy the payment processed code though. When I checked my nexon account for hte 10k nx, it didnt show up. I did not get any email that said I bought the 10k nx. It's been 1 hour and i still didnt get any email. What should I do? I wopuld send a ticket, but i dont have the payment proof code. (I've redeemed other UGC 10k nx cards before)

I got a similar problem, too. I did a survey but I didn't get the 2k nx I was promised D: Just log a ticket, wait, and hope for the best.

Same thing happened to me. I think that there might be a glitch in the nx redeeming process. I had 2 10k cards, put them both on, it said they both were sucsessful, then I ended up with only 10k nx. not 20k. >.>

well i dont know. I never used the UGC fashion before. You should have copied it. Anyways the only thing you can do is wait.

Me and my buddy in guild are experiencing the same issue, we both just redeemed $10 UGC via paybycash and it's been over an hour and we haven't received payment and no emails either. I think PayByCash is most likely having some sort of issue since the payment hasn't been forwarded to nexon yet.

I got the same problem, if you charge several times too fast after each other, some might not give you the nx you paid for... Somehow it didn't even give me a confirmation page with the transaction ID.

Click paybycash on the nexon website thn enter your code there.. I had the same problem when i got one of those lol i thought i wasted 10 bucks with i did in the end =P
