hey guys, as you know, adventurers can get the 12 stat hat. but today, on my level 21 evan, ive been doing the quest for 12 stat hat. i noticed it when dances with balrog said Marbas. can legends and cygnus get the hats, too?

I believe adventurers can get the hats. I'm not sure if legends and cygnus can though. If not, don't bother SoKing your hat because thats worth 18M =

I got it on my Evan, and Aran, so yeah you can. (Non-SoKd.)
