hello basil how do i find out my grade FINAL PERCENT if right now i have 61% ( 61% is the average of all 3 semesters) but my final exam is worth 25% of the whole year What % do i need to get a average of 60%?

I assume your average for the 3 semesters is worth 75% of your overall grade. 0.75(61) + 0.25f = 60 Solve for f and you'll get the mark required to keep a 60% average

45.75 + .25(x) = 60 .25(x) = 14.25 x = 57 So therefore, you will need a 57% on the final to get your average of 60%.

61*(75/100)+x*(25/100)=60 45.75+0.25x=60 0.25x=14.25 0.25x*4=14.25*4 x=57 That was pretty easy.
