So I'm gonna restart in a new world and the world must have -NO BF police -no too many, not too little of a population -19 chs -friendly people (if all worlds are not the same for that) That's basically it, I might have a few more to add while I think of them, any ways.... Thanks, Vinnie of ______

I started in Windia, restarted in Bera, restarted in Windia and restarted in Bera again and honestly to me Bera has a more friendly economy among lower levels. Not sure about 120+ though, never made it that far. A new BF police guild is forming here but I have a feeling it'll end poorly

Khaini is not a good world. I do not want to be in Khaini anymore, downside to that is I refuse to pay for a character move. Edit: Maybe I just miss the old times when it was barren.

I'd say galicia fills out those qualifications except that it only has 13 channels but besides that its a great server. Because i tried every server throughout my 3 and a half years on maplestory, and on each server except galicia, that i have been scammed for mesos or treated badly/unfairly.

Bello is awesome, easy to find a WR map at any time of day. No BF police. There are always people willing to halves on a MP3 map.
