Probably these really strange stomach cramps that I had a few years ago. Only happened once in my life. I was at high school, and I had these ridiculously overpowered stomach cramps. Felt like a 700 pound woman was sitting on my stomach. I was in the bathroom on my knees crying in agony. The next day I was perfectly fine O_O
