k well, is it me? or is this the rarest item alive? i searched ALL over chl 1 FM and no one has it... And no one on basil is selling it either D= BUT, if anyone does, please pm me. i would love to get my hands on one =D

It's part of my Pilfers collection (I have 1 of each color. Yay for hoarding.). They come from Temple gach, but most people just NPC them considering the Animal Hats give much better stats. xD

They come from Wish Ticket quests from Mr. Sandman in Amoria, along with Herculean Helmet, LeFay Jester, and other equips you could once get for in exchange for Wish Tickets. It's been a part of the Valentines Event until this year. Guess Nexon got rid of it.
