Just a quick question. I wanted to know if you could heal before I continued with my mage.

no you cant, you must have a lvl 44 wand with 56.325 magic attack and 45.151 weapon attack equipped to heal.

You can always heal. Without weapon, it will not be an attack but it will heal your party + you. With weapon, it will be an attack and it heals your party + you.
