I've heard the term but don't know what it really means. People say "Nice control" or "Horrible control" on youtube, but videos look like normal control to me. Can you give me some examples of good and bad control? Thanks.

Good Control http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXmBHP9exJI&feature=player_embedded Bad control would be someone who can't control their skills, isn't aware, or dies often

Imagine a Warrior just holding down power strike.. and always wasting like 1 extra swing after each monster dies.. and then the warrior keeps running into the monsters touch dmg.. just to hit them.. if they don't run into the monster they keep missing their attacks.. o.O

That is a great example, but things are always easier for mages than warriors. The problem I always have is that mobs spawn right on top of me, no matter where I'm standing. I just try to limit the damage I take by using my 2H range as effectively as possible. BTW, why are you wearing a dress, shynobi?

imo most classes on this game dont really require much controll to use. most skills are simple. an example of good controll would be a bucc vs bigfoot. the ability to keep attacking without being hit at all.
doodorz : Bad control IMO.
That is just terrible. How the heck.... First thing he does is jump into the Wyvern. He can't use his skills. He seems to be waiting to spam the skill when Buccs aren't supposed to be spamming one skill... this makes him pause. Either that or he has to look at the keyboard to know where the buttons are. To make things worse he attacks air. You are comepletely right, he has horrible control.
And a corsair or night lord or ranger/sniper vs. BigFoot would be neutral, because there's nothing to control. I give bonus points to any warriors with good control (I think my own is good, but maybe not great) because it's much harder to do, especially against monsters with magic attack. It's nearly impossible to avoid damage, as we saw with the mage in the other vid.

Hermits need great control for maps like Lower Ascent, Same with Outlaws. Unless you're only taking one platform on a double experience event, but in that case there really is no good or bad control.
