| Well im a blaze wizard and im going to be lvl50 really soon. I want to do the quest in NLC to get the nocturnal staff but my friend said cygnus knights cant do the quest. I went on hidden street and searched it up but it didnt say anything about cygnus knights so can someone tell me if i can do the quest? Thanks |
