Will your damage be higher if you save your AP points from level 30 and add it to LUK at a higher level(For example: Level 100) or will it be the same if you add it every level?

No, 1 Luk = 1 Luk always, no matter when ya add it ( all else equal , adding 1 point into Luk at Lvl 10 is equal to adding 1 point ino Luk at 200). xD
