Starting from Level 30 when you get 1 point how should I spend my skill points each level for the best build?

I would max mastery before haste, haste is so overrated.

Oh. Yet can't you max out Critical hit, Mastery and Haste before 3rd job?

mastery affect your minimum range, and it won't have any affect to your L7 damage but skills like Drain and Avenger. of course, you won't be putting points into it until after Haste/Mastery most likely, so you could put a hold on that. it does give ACC too, but in most cases, as long as you are training on the monster you are supposed to be training, you shouldn't have any ACC problem either as an Assassin. while is does give you 200 stars more when max (+10 stars each level), being a low leveler, you won't be consuming that much stars yet. as such, as long as you have around 5-8 sets, you should be fine until hermit. on the other hand, Haste allow you to get around the map much quicker and potentially increase your %/hr. so, IMO, Haste is still much more beneficial to max first than Mastery (you will max Mastery later on in a few levels but not yet). anyways, souleater basically give you basic Assassins build up to haste. then it going to be putting 3 points into Endure, and either maxing out Drain (30) or maxing out Booster (20). at least one of them will be 2 points lower from being max. max out whichever base on your preference.
JoeSycop : Oh. Yet can't you max out Critical hit, Mastery and Haste before 3rd job?
the Assassin class will max out Critical, Mastery, Haste, 3 points into Endure, max/28 Drain, and max/18 Booster by the end of 2nd job.

Drain sucks imo.
JoeSycop : Drain sucks imo.
-shrugs- everybody is different. it's still much better than Endure, as you don't have to stand around in place in order for it to heal. it's also a nice finisher. for example, when a monster is only like 200 HP away from dying, would you want to throw one star or two? i would rather use Drain to kill it off rather than waste another star. plus it makes me pay more attention to the game if i do that. but that's me. and that finisher can give you some HP recovery as well. also, as how useful it can be, personally, i only used around 300-500 HP potions from level 5x to level 8x (well, a bit more since i went to Himes for the hell of it at level 7x, but that doesn't count. xD ). anyway, if you think Drain sucks, leave it at level 28. There isn't really any other skills you can put your points into. unless you didn't get Dark Sight yet in your first job and got Nimble Body instead. well, whatever you do, good luck with your Assassin.

drain is useful, when you can't heal ( special areas ), saves on some pots + does some damage. just max haste and booster at the same time then drain, if you hate it that much you can choose to max dark sight ( 1st job ) and come back to drain later, since it will still be useful even if not maxed and I guess claw mastery should be last...it's really not that useful in those early levels
