help i want my pin back

hey guys, i have recently found my old account back=D. but i dont know my pin and i want to reset is, but when i click confirm to reset it says this: an error has incurroptd(sorry for my bad grammar.) please any help?

the EMS website is bugged in many ways, like charging nx downloading the game or like u said resetting the pin. its bugged because its new, wait a few weeks (months most likely) till it gets fixed, or keep trying

It took me ages to charge NX. The page was soooooooooo freaking slow to load, and I kept getting a runtime error. Org, but I finally charged it. But they'll hopefully do something about it ASAP, afterall.. We're talking about NX. You might want to try and log a ticket and tell them about the error. Good luck :].
