What's wrong with download ?

Hey,so i wanna start fresh in EMS,but whenever i try to download it,im getting some kind of error...It says : "Download has failed,try again later".Anyone know what's the problem with it ? : / Btw im trying to re-download it,hope it'll work : /

Didnt try download lately, but I had some problems with the charging site. Maybe they were updating or something. Try downloader or the 2nd (direct) download.
