program to cut mp3 song.

I'm looking for a program that can let you cut MP3 into part. "MP3 cutter" is not free, so I need a free one. Your help is welcome.

I believe it was Windows Movie Maker that i used in Intro. to Tech a few months ago in school. It seemed to cut easily. I'm not 100% sure if it cuts only MP3 files, though... Sorry.

If WMM doesn't work, try "Audacity". It's a free audio file editor program that has lots of features and you can use it to "trim" the length of MP3 files among other things. Take a look at it, and if it seems more complicated than you want to use just Google "MP3 cutter". There are lots of other programs designed to do just that one function, some of them are undoubtedly freeware.
