| RKill is a legitimate file that will close down any virus like activity (but it will not get rid of it). This will allow you run a scan using Malwarebytes, which is known to detect and delete these kind of rogues. Both of them are safe to used. You don't need to reformat to get rid of this. Also, it a bit more work and raise the chance of you messing up your brother's computer, if you don't know what you are doing. |
