How do you obtain this item? I have seen from a video of a quest that rewards it with some kind of cloth (Undine Cloth?) and the monster erasers; but does this weapon drop from any monster? And how much is it worth?

Flaming Katanas are around 500m of value. They're mostly for the looks. It's really difficult to obtain, and will cost a lot to get the erasers for the quest.

I'm pretty sure there's around like 5+ fishing poles, I bet like maybe 20+.
