3rd Degree Black Belt Considered a Lethal Weapon?

Hey basilers. Two weeks ago, I tested for my third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. My mom said that I had to go to the police station and get registered to be a lethal weapon or something. My question is, does anyone know what degree black belt you have to be to be considered a lethal weapon by the government? Btw, I'm talking about Tae Kwon Do, NOT Karate. I know that for Karate, it is a 2nd degree black belt. Thank you, basilers.

Honestly TKD isn't very realistic for real life situations and only focuses on Kicking. It's more of a sport, not real self defense.

it means. If you pick a fight and beat some one up. YOUR basicly using assault and battery with a deadly weapon the deadly weapon is your kung fu. if you register it. then you can only use it for self defense
