That High Spot In Henesys

I need your help. I want to make a slinger for the soul purpose of getting on that roof in Henesys. By roof i mean that tower above gachapon or next to it (cant remember) before you enter fm. How should i set my skills so i can get up there?

What has happened everyone thinks hey i want a slinger to get on top of that roof, you hit 21 and quit happens to all the non SlingerLovers thats a waste if you do but buy that cs item that makes an automatic lvl30 char so you can save your time.
