I was happy with verified account. So i relogged and BOOOM can't enter to my account again lol. Isnt it hilarious?

nexon fix things? I doubt it highly, maybe just maybe they spilled the coffee and fried a part of the server and when they realize people arent buying nx on paypal they will peek their heads up for a glance.
